Commerce360’s executives are serial entrepreneurs who have grown a series of successful online software companies since it all began in the mid-90s. Over half of the company’s staff has worked together before, a testament to the quality of the team.

Craig Danuloff
Founder, President
Craig has been at the forefront of online commerce and marketing since 1994, when he founded iCat Corporation, one of the first ecommerce software companies. He has been profiled in Forbes, featured on CNBC, and in 1997 was named one of the ‘100 Technology Elite’ by Red Herring Magazine. Before founding Commerce360, Craig was President and COO of eColony, an early stage venture fund formed by Internet Capital Group.

Once upon a time, Craig built one of the nation’s first desktop publishing service bureaus, and authored over two dozen computer books published by IDG, Sybex, Dow-Jones Irwin, and others. He has a degree from the University of Colorado College of Business and Administration.

Lucinda Holt
CEO
Lucinda is an accomplished technology CEO who led a number of successful companies. In 2004, Lucinda co-founded and led TurnTide, an anti-spam technology company, which was acquired by Symantec for $28 million in only six months. Prior to founding TurnTide, Lucinda was President & CEO of Destiny WebSolutions, a venture-backed Inc. 500 winner that provided Internet strategy and implementation consulting to large financial institutions. While growing Destiny from $250,000 to $25 million in revenue Lucinda received many honors. She was named America’s 17th Most Influential Consultant by Consulting Magazine, won the Eastern Technology Council’s Enterprise Award for CEO of the Year, and was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Philadelphia.

In addition to her CEO roles, Lucinda has been an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at First Round Capital and has held management positions at Infonautics, Automated Call Processing, SEI Investments, and American Express. She graduated cum laude from University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA from the Wharton School in Entrepreneurial Management.

Michael Smalls
Executive Vice President
Michael has more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the software, Internet, and eCommerce industries. Prior to joining Commerce360, he was Director of Advanced Technology Sales for Symantec, running a sales organization focused on newly acquired technologies. Mike went to Symantec from TurnTide, where he was Vice President of Sales. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales for Kurant Corporation, a leading supplier of ecommerce solutions that was acquired by eBay and is now eBay Stores.

Mike also spent four years as Vice President, sales and marketing, at Destiny. During his tenure with Destiny, sales increased 2500% to over $25 million. He has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Calvin College.

Bruce Ernst
Vice President, Product Management
Bruce has over 20 years of software product management experience with companies including SoftSwitch, Lotus, IBM, TurnTide, and Symantec. He worked in ecommerce since the late 1990s, when he was the general manager of US Interactive’s largest regional practice and worked with clients including Adidas, AIG Insurance, and Nabisco. He has a degree in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.

John Galvin
VP, R&D/Engineering
John has successfully developed enterprise software products and solutions at both start-ups and large companies. Prior to joining Commerce360, John led a large, globally distributed software development organization at Siemens Medical responsible for the development of an enterprise suite of health care applications. While at Siemens, he drove the transformation of the organization from a waterfall to an agile software development methodology.

Prior to that, John spent 5 years at Destiny Websolutions where he was CTO and responsible for the technical strategy, software development, and IT organizations. He has also led and been directly involved in the development of key software development products at SoftSwitch, Lotus, and IBM. He has degrees in Mathematics and Computer Engineering from Trinity College, Dublin.
