Director of Finance
Commerce360 is looking for a well-rounded financial professional eager for opportunity. The company provides software and services to improve paid and organic search campaign performance for clients including Internet Retailer 500 and Fortune 100 companies. Our proprietary platform, ClickEquations™, uses advanced mathematics and statistical analysis to optimize campaigns delivering improved efficiency and performance. The company was founded in 2006, is venture-capital backed, and based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
The responsibilities of the Director of Finance will be broad-based and limited only by the candidate’s potential.
- Develop and manage financial strategy, management, reporting and tax filings; refine and manage financial policies, systems, processes and personnel
- Enhance and update financial models
- Manage, train, and recruit financial staff
- Contribute to strategic planning
- Manage banking and accounting firm relationships
- Manage the human resources function, including all policies, benefit plans, performance management, training, recruiting and hiring processes
- Manage all payroll functions, including semi-monthly payroll and year end process
- Prepare contracts and support contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, employees, and partners
- Assist in fund raising, acquisition activity, and strategic partnerships
- Develop business and financial plans
- Select, negotiate, and maintain vendor relationships for insurance, licensing, office space, equipment, etc.
- Manage all facilities and administrative staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Accounting, CPA and MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience, at least 3 in an operating company; experience in entrepreneurial companies or venture capital a major plus
