ClickEquations is a pioneering search platform with advanced algorithms to manage and optimize keywords, campaign organization, bids, text-ads and landing page selection for better paid search marketing results.
The Account Manager’s role is focused on managing the relationships with a collection of our key customers and ensuring that that they are satisfied with Commerce360. The definition of success is to have customers that are willing to recommend us to others and are willing to aid us in our marketing efforts. The role is broad-based and limited only by the candidate’s potential.
At a minimum, you will:
Be the conduit of information to our customers
Facilitate bi-weekly calls and meetings
Ensure that customer’s expectations are set and managed
Proactively seek feedback on how we can improve our service
Build strong relationships with customers
Work closely with operations team members and champion the customer’s perspective, take ownership of their success to help drive maximum results
Look for additional sales opportunities within client accounts and through referrals
Help marketing with case studies by establishing baselines and successes that can be documented
Understand our client agreements and ensure that we are meeting and exceeding expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years experience in a customer facing role
Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Experience in high-growth early stage companies a plus
